-Character assistant: they are in charge of playing games and organizing any situation that is required with the character, such as opening gifts, delivering souvenirs, etc.

Company Policies
*Reservation System: Reserve with a minimum non-refundable deposit of $20, the rest of the amount due must be paid ONE day before of the event.
(otherwise, if due payment is not received ONE day before, the reservation is totally canceled, and we will not be able to attend your event)
* Cancellation Policy : (Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, it can be used as a reservation deposit within 60 days of the canceled date!) If you do not reschedule before the deadline stated above, the deposit of reservation will lose its value and cannot be used!
Note: Keep in mind that the minimum to make a reservation would be $20, if you decide to reserve with an amount other than the minimum amount, that amount will not be refunded if there is a cancellation.
*Mileage Rate:
Events outside the Orlando area have extra charges for distance
Areas with extra distance charges: Kissimmee, Saint Cloud, Winter Garden, Haines City, Apopka, Deltona, Sanford, Celebration, Reunion, Davenport, Clermont, Poinciana, Others...
(You must pay the full amount before the characters go on stage, otherwise they will not be able to appear)
